About the role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Executive to support the planning and execution of new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, location surveys and site evaluations

• Assist in project planning and concept development

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, designers and other parties

• Source quotations and follow up on project costs and timelines

• Follow up on site works, setup and project progress

• Assist in pre-opening preparation and project launch

• Support other project-related tasks and future expansion

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in project coordination / site setup is an advantage

• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks

• Willing to travel for site visits when required

• Possess own transport is an advantage
