We’re Hiring: Treaty Accounting Specialist (Reinsurance)

Singapore | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in managing the full spectrum of treaty technical accounting and credit control activities — ensuring that every transaction, statement, and reconciliation is handled with precision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing both proportional and non-proportional treaty accounts for inward and outward business.
• Managing premium calculations, commissions, loss reserves, and reinstatement premiums.
• Handling payment allocations, reconciliations, and credit control follow-ups with brokers and cedants.
• Liaising closely with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting audits, reporting, and any ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in treaty accounting within the reinsurance industry.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• A proactive communicator and team player who can also work independently.
