THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Guest Relations Executive, you are one of the key faces of MBER and an important part of the daily guest and resident experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership and wants to build a career in hospitality. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude, communication and willingness to learn matter most.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver warm, professional Guest Relations service, including arrivals, departures and concierge services.
- Respond to guest and public enquiries through in-person interactions, phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, guest profiles, payments, deposits, billing and related documentation accurately using the PMS and operational systems.
- Take ownership of guest requests, feedback and service recovery, following through until matters are resolved or appropriately escalated.
- Prepare and maintain shift reports, operational checklists, payment records and clear handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
- Build rapport with short-stay and long-stay guests, provide local recommendations and support community or guest engagement activities.
- Liaise between internal departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Projects, Sales and Revenue, as well as potential clients, residents and vendors.
- Support property readiness, safety, incident reporting and other operational duties required to maintain a smooth guest experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hospitality, Front Office, serviced apartment, co-living or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Warm, confident and service-minded, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and dependable, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply wait for instructions.
- Comfortable multitasking, solving problems and remaining composed in a dynamic operational environment.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and communicate professionally with guests, residents, clients and vendors.
- Comfortable learning digital systems; prior PMS experience is an advantage.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
