1. Project Planning Phase

• Preparation of master schedule
• Advise on project budgeting
• Assist in floor plan feasibility study & test fit
• Assist in site inspection & handover process

2. Bidding & Procurement Phase

• Advise on short-listing general contractors
• Advise on short-listing suppliers
• Assist in drafting construction tender proposal and agreement
• Advise on interview & evaluation of contractors
• Assist in construction tender review process
• Assist in contractor approval process

3. Construction Phase

• Supervise construction work progress
• Conduct routine site coordinating meeting
• Advise on contractor change order & budget impact
• Advise on schedule review & potential schedule change
• Advise on site report review

4. Completion Phase

• Assist on interior fit-out inspection & handover process
• Supervise interior fit-out rectifications
• Assist on the move management
• Post-move staff opinion survey

5. Closing Phase

• Review as-built documents
• Coordinate project handover to facility management team
• Assist on the reinstatement work
