Job Summary

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Quality Control: Manage daily QA/QC activities, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, QMS, WSH and regulatory requirements, and support internal/external audits.

• Customer & Complaints: Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product rejections; investigate root causes and recommend CAPA.

• Product & Process Improvement: Evaluate tender samples, support product/material development, technical specifications and continuous improvement projects.

• Documentation & Training: Manage quality documentation, SOPs and document control; support quality, regulatory and WSH-related training.

• Laboratory & Technical Support: Support laboratory activities, testing equipment maintenance, facility/engineering projects and risk assessments.

• Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple priorities. MS Office and Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is preferred.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QAQC

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
