We are looking for an experienced Director, IT Solutions Delivery to lead technology solution strategy, development and delivery for Life & Health systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Lead Policy Administration System (PAS) development, infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Drive cloud adoption, automated software deployment and microservices/containerization.
• Lead technology projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, vendors and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and mentor multi-geography technology teams.
• Drive modernization and standardization of Life systems across markets.
• Work closely with business, technology and country teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role or above.
• Strong experience in system development and technology solution delivery.
• Experience managing front-end systems.
• Life insurance systems experience is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple countries/geographies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of cloud, DevOps, microservices/containerization, APIs, databases and software development.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of Life insurance technology and business processes is an advantage.
