Troubleshoot and resolve , CentOS, Red Hat Linux and Windows Server-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues of hardware servers, SAN storage, virtual machines, and other infrastructure services.
Created/updated Change Request (CR) documents.
Execute data patches and retrieve requested data for both UAT and Production environments.
Use AWS for data file transfer.
Update technical documentation regularly to reflect changes and improvements.
Manage VMware environments, including patching, updates, and root password recovery.
Install and configure CentOS Linux OS in hardware hypervisor hosts and virtual machines.
