Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process Development & Optimization

  • Execute semiconductor fabrication processes including:
    • Photolithography, Thin film deposition (PVD, CVD, ALD), Dry and wet etching, Thermal processing, Surface treatment and cleaning, MP and advanced packaging processes.
  • Support process development experiments and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Collect, analyze, and report process and metrology data.
  • Assist in process characterization, optimization, and qualification activities.
R&D Fab Operations

  • Operate semiconductor process equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor process stability, yield, and reproducibility.
  • Perform routine process verification and troubleshooting.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities alongside equipment engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with fab operating procedures and cleanroom protocols.

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma in Microelectronics, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Semiconductor Technology, or a related discipline.
