About The Job

  • This is a technical Global Service Desk role providing full-landscape support across Wintel, Active Directory, Azure/M365, and UTM networking.
  • Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, GPO), and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Practical experience handling networking components, including UTM firewall devices, routers, switches, and security incidents is required.
  • Responsibilities include managing multi-tiered service tickets, assisting UK clients directly, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
  • Employees observe Malaysian public holidays, with paid overtime offered when working on local holidays.
