Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of new products and strategic projects, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business team to deliver new products & strategic projects and identify critical action required to ensure effective delivery of the target launch date and within budget.
• Develop a project plan, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables based on their area of expertise.
• Overseeing and monitoring the development of the project and ensuring the team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently based on agreed timelines while upholding the company’s standards. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines.
• Provide secretarial support for the project meetings, preparation of the agenda, preparation of meeting minutes and following up on action items with the respective business team.
• Responsible for reporting to the Steering Committee/Management on project progress and issues pertinent to the management of the project. Work closely with the project team to provide solution/proposal from the working team for management decision/direction.
• Assess project budgets, risk and resources allocation for the project. Work closely with the project team to assess the project risk and put in place relevant mitigation actions to control the risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
