Job Summary

Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, and coaching employees. Translate strategies into daily workflows, manage budgets and schedules, and resolve workplace conflicts to ensure smooth operations and achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, onboard, and coach employees to build a high-performing team

Delegate tasks aligned with individual strengths and evaluate employee performance regularly

Translate executive strategies into actionable daily workflows and measurable performance targets

Monitor budgets and manage schedules to ensure operational efficiency

Generate progress reports for upper management to track team and project status

Resolve workplace conflicts and address escalated issues from customers or staff promptly and effectively

Required competencies and certifications

Proven experience in leadership, supervision, or a team-lead role

Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and expectations

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently

Time management abilities to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
