Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and camera-confident Contract Live Host to join our team. This role involves hosting live sessions on TikTok and Shopee, showcasing products, interacting with viewers, and driving sales. The ideal candidate has prior live-selling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high energy throughout each session.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging live sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly and confidently.
• Interact with viewers and answer product-related questions.
• Keep live sessions energetic, engaging and interactive.
• Apply selling techniques such as CTA, urgency, upselling and cross-selling.
• Communicate ongoing promotions and campaign offers accurately.
• Follow brand guidelines and assigned live schedules.
• Participate in weekend and peak campaign-day live sessions when scheduled.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Preferably 3–6 months' experience as a Live Host or in a relevant customer-facing/on-camera role.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Friendly, energetic and engaging personality.
• Clear speaking voice and able to explain products naturally.
• Basic sales and customer engagement skills.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to the assigned schedule.
• Positive attitude and open to coaching and feedback.
• Experience with homecare products is an added advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Contract: Minimum 3 months
• Working Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours per day based on assigned live slots
• Live Sessions: Approximately 2 hours per session
• Weekend and peak campaign-day availability required.
• For WFH live sessions, stable internet of approximately 30–50 Mbps is required.

Supplemental Pay
