Job Summary

• To assist the Head Of Quality Manufacturing to facilitate a quality driven culture by assuring the quality levels of processes and products are in compliance with the quality system and customers’ requirements at optimum costs which is in line with the department goals.
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• To assist The QA Manager to achieve the monthly KPI set (scrap, CI etc.)
• To negotiate with customers on quality related issues and documentations (8D, CAR, PDCA, etc.)
• To manage and oversee the secondary processes (Shot blast & barreling) on output, quality and overtime.
• To instill discipline, environmental and safety and continuous improvements of the secondary processes
• To manage Out-going inspection on effectiveness and efficiency.
• To monitor and feedback to vendor / sub-conductor on monthly performance ( LAR, Quality, etc.)
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in Quality Assurance with direct reports.
• Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, computer skills, good communication, and team player.
• Knowledge(s): Familiar and competent in quality systems/tools (MSA, SPC, Control Plan, PPAP, etc. )
• Fluent written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
• Full-Time position(s) available
