About the Roles

Operator role in a metal components manufacturing environment based in MacPherson (East), working on a 5-day schedule with rotating shifts (7am–4.30pm or 9am–6.30pm). This is a permanent position offering a monthly basic salary of up to $1,900, along with AWS and Variable Bonus, providing a stable and rewarding opportunity within a production setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate production machinery and carry out workstation tasks in line with SOPs and work instructions
• Replenish required production materials, accessories, and consumables to support smooth operations
• Perform routine quality inspections at each stage of the workstation process and remove non-conforming parts
• Report equipment irregularities or product quality issues to Technicians or Quality Control Inspectors promptly
• Carry out basic upkeep and maintenance of equipment and workstations according to SOPs
• Support overall housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards across the production floor
• Assist with additional duties assigned by the Production Manager or management when required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum O-Level qualification or an equivalent academic background
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortable with physical work, including handling and lifting items of up to approximately 20kg
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately in a structured production setting
