Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Manager in preparation and implementation of Project Executive Plan (PEP).

2. Chair the meeting with Project Team and drive the execution and closure on all project tasks per the project planning.

3. Attend the weekly progress meeting (internal as week as customer) and assist in preparation of minutes of meeting.

4. Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly report of the status of each assignment.

5. Assist the team in executing project plan, drive cross-functional project team and focus on meet and satisfy customer's needs in product quality, delivery and cost.

6. Coordinate material and assist in logistic, shipment of engineering samples to customer.

7. Coordinate with all projects related personnel (project team members) on day to day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.

8. Provide full support as required by the management and project manager for all projects.

9. Apply Kaifa P/N, manage and update Kaifa BOM.

10. Manage the product specification and manage the product changes (Product ECN management)

11. Support Production and the team in MES management.

Job Requirement :-

1. Fresh graduates or those with a minimum of 1 year of working experience are preferred.

2.Minimum qualification on Degree in Electronic & Electrical or relevant studies

3.Good written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

4.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

5.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
