Location: KC3 – Kranji Camp 2
Employment Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract
Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,600
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Minimum Qualification: Higher Nitec in IT / IT-related qualification or Diploma in IT

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform IT asset management for infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide technical support for computing devices, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance of supported hardware and software.
• Work closely with third-party vendors to coordinate technical support and resolve device-related issues.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to users on the proper use of computing devices.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline and to users' satisfaction.
• Handle Helpdesk duties and assist users with day-to-day technical enquiries when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IT assets and support activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in IT / IT-related qualification or Diploma in IT.
• Fresh candidates with relevant IT certifications may be considered, provided they are proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical support role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting computing devices.
• Familiarity with Windows, iOS and Android platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide professional support to users.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
