Job Description:

• Manage calls by other government agencies and provide correct advice in accordance to the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act.
• Manage enquiries/ feedback on Tobacco and Vaping related offences by member of public via call and email.
• Case reporting to Duty Manager for the follow-up on team deployment .
• Any administrative tasking as assigned by the Service Quality Manager.

Timing : 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM

Working Days : 2 Days work , 2 Days off basis

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call centre/customer service experience.
• Minimum Nitec qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
