We are looking for a Hotel Systems Migration Specialist in the APAC region.

• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin (in addition to English)
• PMS Knowledge: Hilton background would be ideal but not required
• Contract: Year-long with possible extensions
• Travel: Able to travel throughout APAC 90% of the time, specifically to Malaysia and Singapore and must hold a valid passport.

Role Overview

The Hotel Systems Migration Specialist will execute migration projects after handover from the project manager or coordinator. Following approved processes, they will be responsible for successfully installing property, sales, and/or revenue systems at any brands globally, depending on the team schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

• Liaise with hotel management teams regarding on-site activities, schedules, and training.
• Execute scheduled activities on site, including:
• System database build
• Leading classroom training for hotel staff
• Network and hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Staff training and support post go-live
• Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with internal/external support teams
• System interfacing
• On-site communication with migration team members, including shift and task scheduling
• Project sign-off, wrap-up, and handover as per project plan

Additional Duties

• Act as lead installer when multiple team members are on site.
• Assist in projects such as training room setups, interfacing, and ad hoc support (on and off property).
• Work closely with line manager, project manager, and/or coordinator.
• Maintain personal development and onboarding plans, collaborating with Senior Migration Specialists and management to gain exposure to all project types.
• Attend departmental and training calls, actively contributing to information sharing.
• Manage travel expenses and submit reconciliations.
• Support ad hoc projects both on site and remotely as required.

Travel Requirement· This is a high-travel position (90%) and requires the ability to travel globally.
