Requirements:

• Relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, or related industries
• Experience in managing construction sites in Singapore is preferred
• Experience in site management and manpower coordination
• Able to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers
• Familiar with construction safety requirements and regulations
• Able to handle site issues independently
• Good communication skills in English
• Relevant qualifications or certificates in engineering/construction will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction site operations
• Arrange and supervise workers
• Monitor project progress and work quality
• Ensure the worksite complies with safety requirements
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
