We are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Associate to join our corporate secretarial team.
In this role, you will support the team in managing client portfolios, preparing corporate documents, handling statutory filings, and ensuring compliance with requirements under the Companies Act 1967.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA via BizFile+
Maintain and update statutory registers and company records
Track filing deadlines and compliance requirements
Prepare basic corporate secretarial documents, including resolutions, AGM documents, notices and minutes
Liaise with clients on routine matters and document follow-ups
Assist with incorporation, onboarding and KYC/CDD documentation
Update internal trackers and support the team in managing client portfolios
Escalate issues or delays promptly where required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline
2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work would be an advantage; candidates with no prior experience may also be considered as training will be provided
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act 1967 would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Organised, meticulous and willing to learn
Good communication skills and able to work well in a team
