Job Description:
Lead team to drive new business development through market research, strategic partnerships, and lead generation activities.

Guide team members to build and to manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve company sales targets.

Identify customer needs and introduce tailored Yonyou ERP solutions.

Collaborate with presales and internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Report sales performance and contribute to business strategy planning

Required Experience

Graduate in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration,and Accountancy.

5-8 years of experience in cloud solutions; a business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing); and experience with ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision) will be advantageous.

5-8 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales.

Passionate, self-motivated, a good team player, and responsible.

Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.

Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus, and business analytical skills are preferred.

Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and social networking tools.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
