Join Our Team as a Clinic Assistant!

Are you passionate about healthcare and interested in providing exceptional patient support? We are seeking dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at :

Branches:

• Clinic 365 in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur
• Meditiara Clinic in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

Working Schedule:

• Weekly Schedule: 5 working days followed by 2 days off.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking in patients for appointments
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phone inquiries
• Maintaining accurate patients' record
• Collaborating with insurance companies for billing processes
