Job Summary

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning operations to maintain cleanliness and efficiency

Assign and manage duties for cleaning workers to optimize team performance

Inspect cleaning quality and work performance to ensure standards are met

Prepare and maintain staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage

Communicate effectively with clients to address feedback and improve service

Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company procedures

Support additional cleaning-related tasks as needed to maintain operational flow
