We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / People Leader to partner with our APAC teams and drive key deliverables across Workforce Enablement. This role will be responsible for managing initiatives across areas such as Desktop Services, Helpdesk, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and end-user technology services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, with proven experience managing complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects within established timelines and business objectives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as the role will involve working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and partners across APAC.

The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, identifying risks and dependencies, driving action items, and providing clear status updates to leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative leadership style are important for success in this role.

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience working with Workforce Enablement, End User Computing, or IT infrastructure services.
• Exposure to Desktop Services, Helpdesk, VDI, Service Desk, or similar technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management experience, particularly across APAC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong experience with project planning, delivery, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
