Job Scope:

• Assist in maintaining Windows Servers and web applications.
• Work with client, development and network teams for system upgrades, patching and troubleshooting.
• Assist in resolving server-related issues and escalate to the relevant team or vendor when required.
• Maintain system administration documentation and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring system and network events and identifying the root cause of issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting server, OS and network issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist in preparing regular operational reports for management.
• Assist with ongoing IT projects.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including Saturday and Sunday

• Jabatan Digital Negara, Negeri Sembilan
