Role Description The QMS Manager will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) for SUSTIO SDN BHD, ensuring that processes, procedures, and documentation comply with relevant industry standards and customer requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mukim 10 (Bukit Relau) and involves maintaining certifications, leading internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions. The QMS Manager will develop, update, and implement quality policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, while monitoring key quality metrics and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The role includes close collaboration with production, engineering, supply chain, and management to address nonconformities, manage risks, and support training and awareness on quality standards. The QMS Manager will also prepare regular reports on QMS performance and recommend improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant semiconductor or electronics quality frameworks.
• Experience in audit management, including planning and conducting internal audits, supporting external audits, and managing follow-up actions and documentation.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), risk management, and statistical analysis of quality data.
• Background in manufacturing or semiconductor-related industries, with practical understanding of production processes, process controls, and product reliability requirements.
• Relevant academic qualification, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quality projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to train team members, lead
