岗位职责
Supervise daily site construction activities and workers.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Plan and monitor daily manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
Monitor construction progress and report site issues to the Construction Manager.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, CONQUAS requirements, and project specifications.
Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and company safety procedures.
Supervise lifting operations, formwork, scaffolding, concrete works, demolition, and housekeeping.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and minimise material wastage.
Prepare daily site reports and attend coordination and progress meetings.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Ernst Engineering Pte Ltd ( Ernst ) was incorporated in the last quarter of 2018. Ernst specialised in civil and structural works.
