Job Description & Requirements

• Oversee various types of construction projects from start to completion
• Manage project planning, budgeting, administration and resources identification, deployment and control
• Plan and schedule project timelines and monitor project’s progress to ensure timely completion of work
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff
• Manage the value and cost data of the project to ensure budgets are met
• Conduct regular site meeting and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, consultant and main or sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in minor sewer /water main works/plumbing
