We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee daily business operations, improve internal processes, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational activities across departments

Develop and implement efficient operational systems and workflows

Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams

Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and product fulfillment

Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards

Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports

Assist with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Lead and motivate operational staff to achieve business goals

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Requirements

3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role

3+ years of experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or healthcare industries

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational software tools

Preferred Qualities

Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to handle confidential business information professionally

Experience managing teams and scaling operations
