RoleSummary
We are looking for amotivated Project Engineer to manage end-to-end solar EPC projects, bridgingour team and customers. You will ensure timely delivery, support pre-sales,conduct technical presentations, and grow as a well-rounded solar professional.
Responsibilities
Coordinate solar EPC projects from commencement through to commissioning, handover, and close-out. Maintain schedules, track milestones, and proactively resolve delays.
Liaise with customers, subcontractors, LEWs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site mobilization, work progress, and quality compliance.
Raise purchase orders, track material deliveries, and coordinate equipment availability to align with project timelines.
Prepare progress claims, invoices, and completion documents. Maintain accurate project records (POs, DOs, reports).
Conduct solar presentations to prospective and existing clients. Address technical queries regarding system design, performance, and installation processes.
Assist the sales/business development team by providing technical input during the proposal stage, including site assessment insights and basic system configuration advice.
Identify workflow gaps and suggest practical solutions to improve project efficiency.
Preferred competencies and qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or operations.
Solar/EPC/Electrical background is highly preferred.
Ablility to read single-line diagrams, understand basic PV system components, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable handling multiple projects and customer-facing meetings.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
