Tridentec Group is a leading provider of integrated engineering solutions for the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors. We specialize in process automation and electrical systems. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Drafter to support our engineering design team.

Job Summary:

The Drafter will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed electrical drawings and schematics using Eplan software. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in translating engineering concepts into comprehensive technical drawings for manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and maintain electrical drawings using Eplan Electric P8, including schematic diagrams, panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and termination drawings.
• Generate comprehensive project reports from Eplan, such as Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, and terminal diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with Electrical Design Engineers to understand design requirements and ensure all drawings meet project specifications.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and relevant industry codes (e.g., IEC).
• Manage the drawing library and maintain a systematic filing system for all project documents.
• Prepare "as-built" drawings upon the completion of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or ITE in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in an electrical or control systems environment.
• Proficiency in Eplan Electric P8 is mandatory for this role. Candidates without Eplan experience will not be considered.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
