Job Responsibility:
Develop client relationships and drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with CBRE's and the client's processes, needs, and expectations.
Plan and document work in detail, following all standards.
Provide clear leadership and effective communication of contractual obligations.
Identify opportunities for strategic development and secure contract retention during tender processes.
Maintain a close professional relationship with the client and provide advice, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Establish good relationship with Client’s vendors including Data Center Service Providers.
Ensure 100% uptime of the facility at all times.
DC Provider PPM supervision and custody.
Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with standards.
Handle project management tasks as needed.
Meeting within the team, other streams, and third parties Requirements:
5 - 8 years of experience working in a data center.
Technical background (Electrical preferred).
Understands and be able to interpret Electrical Single Line Diagram.
Knowledge of tools such as Autocad, Microsoft Projects.
Proficient in communication (Business level of English)
Flexible mindset to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Goal-oriented and a good facilitator.
Attention to detail and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Structured, reliable, and proactive in taking initiative.
Maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues. Location: Loyang / Sunview (2 locations available)
