We are looking for a hands-on

Finance & Accounting Executive

to independently manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the Singapore entities.

The ideal candidate should have approximately

3–4 years of relevant experience

, preferably within the

commodities, trading, import/export, or commercial sector

, and be familiar with Singapore's accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts and financial records.

Handle

GST and other relevant tax and statutory filings

.

Ensure compliance with relevant

IRAS and Singapore regulatory requirements

.

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other service providers where required.

Support payment processing, cash flow monitoring, and general finance administration.

Assist with other finance and operational matters as required in a lean and growing business environment.

Requirements

Approximately

3–5 years of accounting or finance experience

.

Experience in

commodities trading, international trading, import/export, or a similar commercial environment

would be advantageous.

Good understanding of Singapore accounting practices,

IRAS requirements, GST, and statutory compliance

.

Able to work independently and manage routine finance operations with minimal supervision.
