Position : myProcurement Senior Analyst

Location: The Horizon, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: 12 month contract with PERSOL

Working Hours : US Shift Hours (Malaysia Time) - 5:00pm to 2:00am or 8:00pm to 5:00am (the final working hour will be discussed with HM)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM5,000 - RM7,000 (based on experience & qualification)

What You'll Be Doing

Procurement Operations Support

• Act as the second-level support team for complex procurement and system-related issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 Helpdesk.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve procurement process and system issues efficiently.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders through case management tools, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Procurement Systems & Platform Management

• Support and administer Coupa and other procurement platforms.
• Coordinate with Coupa support teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business-critical procurement challenges.

Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining excellent service standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring issues, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and operational trends to recommend process enhancements.
• Support initiatives that improve Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of Shared Services experience with a strong customer service focus

At least 3 years of experience supporting or administering Coupa or similar procurement platforms

Strong understanding of Procurement and Finance processes

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP systems
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience in Procurement Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS)
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
