Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Contract: 4 Months | Independent Contractor Agreement
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Normal Working Hours
Compensation: Up to RM5,000/month (Lumpsum)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with hiring teams to understand technical hiring needs
• Source and attract IT/Tech candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels
• Screen CVs and assess candidates against technical requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate communication, cultural fit and salary expectations
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with IT/Technical hiring exposure
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud/AWS and DevOps
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Experience with LinkedIn and/or recruitment platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
