Job Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspection on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
• Check product quality according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct routine quality checks during the production process.
• Identify and report defects, non-conforming products or quality issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Record inspection results and maintain proper QC records and documentation.
• Ensure rejected or non-conforming products are properly identified and segregated.
• Work closely with the Production team to resolve quality issues and reduce defects.
• Monitor product appearance, dimensions, weight, printing and other required quality specifications.
• Ensure production and quality procedures are properly followed.
• Assist in handling customer quality complaints and investigation when required.
• Support ISO, audit and other quality-related activities.
• Perform other duties related to production and quality control as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of working experience in Quality Control, manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing / packaging industry will be an advantage.
• Able to perform basic measurements and quality inspections.
• Able to read and complete basic QC records and documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / Word).
• Responsible, attentive to details and willing to work on the production floor.
• Able to communicate and work well with Production team members.
• Candidates with relevant working experience will be given priority.

Working Environment

• Manufacturing / production environment.
• May be required to perform inspection directly at production machines and production areas.
• Must be comfortable working closely with Production operators and supervisors.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
