Role Description The Motion GFX Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role involves conceptualizing and designing motion graphics for TV commercials, digital content, and other video projects, working closely with directors, producers, and editors to translate ideas into compelling visual sequences. Day-to-day tasks include creating storyboards and style frames, designing and animating graphics, titles, and visual elements, and integrating motion design with live-action footage and 3D/CG and AI assets. The Motion GFX Designer will collaborate with the post-production team to refine visual concepts, ensure consistency in brand and project aesthetics, and prepare deliverables for final compositing and finishing. The role also includes maintaining organized project files, meeting production deadlines, and staying current with industry trends and tools. Fresh Grads are encourage to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for broadcast, digital, and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with 3D/CG tools like Cinema 4D and Blender
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and timing, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team, accept feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
