Location: West or Central

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri and Half Sat), Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team in coordinating and planning daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Optimize manpower and resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facility operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support services) to ensure seamless patient care
• Drive and support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives, programmes, and service improvements
• Participate in planning and executing strategies to enhance work processes, service quality, and operational performance
• Contribute to cross-functional projects such as manpower planning, staff training and development, digital transformation, workflow optimization, and new facility development
• Support emergency planning and operational readiness initiatives
• Promote a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centred care

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Min. 2-3 years experience in handling daily clinic operations in a supervisory role
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a proactive and dynamic approach to work
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week
