Role Description The Junior Marketing role is a contract, on-site position based in Kulim. The individual in this role supports marketing activities by assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns that promote the company’s OSH and Travel Health services. Typical responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, and supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing-related tasks. The role also involves coordinating events or promotional activities, maintaining marketing databases, and contributing to social media or digital outreach under guidance from senior team members. The Junior Marketing team member collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and to help grow brand awareness in target industries.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze findings to support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles to support client engagement and follow-up.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and an interest in developing and executing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media or digital marketing tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Interest in Occupational Health & Safety or healthcare-related services is an advantage; prior internship or experience in marketing is a plus.
