Technical Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Executive to join our Service team. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and servicing of premium home appliances, with a strong focus on cooling appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Install household appliances according to company technical standards and guidelines.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Service and maintain refrigerators, freezers, chillers and wine coolers.
Perform compressor replacement and refrigerant gas charging where required.
Ensure all installations and repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
Provide professional customer service during on-site visits and follow up on outstanding issues.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in installation, servicing and maintenance of household appliances.
Strong experience with cooling appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, chillers and wine coolers.
Hands-on experience in compressor replacement and refrigerant gas charging is essential.
Able to independently diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
Basic written and spoken English.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

Added Advantage

Experience with Wi-Fi-enabled/smart appliances and connectivity troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales or service upselling experience.

Working Hours

5-day work week, Monday to Saturday (rostered)
Sundays and Public Holidays off
