We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Executive to oversee our daily warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, particularly specialized IT hardware and electronics. The successful candidate will drive inventory accuracy, coordinate outbound operations, and ensure that all warehouse processes align with structured internal procedures and audit requirements.

Daily Operations & Outbound Management

• Oversee all day-to-day inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely, secure, and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch to retail branches and clients.

• Enforce a structured warehouse job scope across the floor, ensuring all incoming shipments are properly received, inspected, and routed.

• Manage the safe handling, sorting, and storage of inventory, minimizing damage and optimizing warehouse space.

Inventory & ERP Control

• Maintain rigorous stock records using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as Wavelet or similar platforms).

• Generate detailed inventory, stock movement, and sales return reports using built-in ERP reporting tools or custom SQL queries.

• Track minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts of high-demand items.

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive stock audits, investigating and reconciling any discrepancies immediately.

• Collaborate seamlessly with the internal HR Audit Division and inventory control teams to enforce procedural compliance.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with strict safety regulations, health standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff across various operational divisions (e.g., outbound operations, picking, and packing).

• Monitor staff performance and ensure daily KPIs are met efficiently.

• Coordinate logistics with external transport providers, mall management entities, and internal departments to optimize the supply chain.

• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations (experience in the IT retail or electronics sector is highly preferred).

• Hands-on proficiency in warehouse management software and ERP systems (e.g., Wavelet, SAP, or similar).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex reporting (experience with SQL is an advantage).

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong understanding of physical audit procedures and inventory reconciliation.
