Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Specialist to manage and optimise product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure product information, pricing, images, and inventory details are accurate while supporting the overall performance of online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimise product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information are accurate.
• Monitor product listings and resolve errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with fulfilment and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Work with the Finance team to reconcile platform transactions.
• Analyse listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate product databases and catalogue information.
• Support promotional campaigns and product updates across online platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, product listing, or digital operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
