The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role works closely with internal departments, third-party logistics providers, and customers to maintain efficient inventory control, shipment planning, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules with third-party logistics providers and transport vendors.
• Process sales orders, delivery orders, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Ensure accurate stock movements and maintain inventory records in the ERP/system.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, shipment discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare logistics reports, inventory reports, and KPI tracking for management.
• Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Support warehouse stock take and inventory audits.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
