About the role

This role encompasses shipping, logistics, procurement, and warehouse coordination responsibilities. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, process purchasing tasks, coordinate warehouse operations, and support supply chain activities across multiple functions.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Understanding of shipping, logistics, procurement, and vendor management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of shipping, import/export, and customs procedures is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.

Job Description

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping, including import/export documentation and customs coordination.
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents, customer orders, and shipment status.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Process goods receiving (GR) and shipping invoices.
• Support procurement activities, supplier follow-ups, and purchasing processes.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock movements.
• Conduct stock counts, prepare inventory/logistics reports, and maintain shipment records.
• Coordinate stock transfers and resolve inventory or shipment issues.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and provide regular operational reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
