COMPANY OVERVIEW
Timezone is an international chain of family entertainment centres and amusement arcade centres with a strong foothold in more than 200 locations internationally. We have 15 locations in Singapore and counting!
With our expansion, we are looking for fun and exciting people like you to join our team, so grab this incredible opportunity to be involved and contribute to our expansion!
What You'll Do:
Deliver Excellent Service to our guests by understanding and meeting their expectations with a smile.
Boost Sales to hit our targets.
Be the go-to person for all our campaigns, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.
Manage stock tally when needed, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
Maintain the general cleanliness of the venue at all times, making sure it’s always guest-ready.
What You Bring:
At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Tourism industry.
Passion and love for our brand, games, and engaging with people.
A commitment to delivering high-standard service to our guests.
A responsible, energetic, and proactive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with our guests and team.

Other Information:
Working Days: Mon – Sun (2 off days per week). You’ll get 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday off per month, with the other off days mostly on off-peak weekdays.
Shift Hours: Rotating shift basis and needs to be able to work on weekends
