We are seeking a Brand Engagement Associate who wants practical exposure to marketing, customer engagement and brand representation. The position centres on turning brand messages into engaging, easy-to-understand customer conversations. You will work as part of a team supporting client campaigns in customer-facing settings, with responsibilities that grow as your confidence and capability develop.

A typical day may include reviewing campaign information with the team, preparing for customer-facing activity, speaking with different customer profiles and sharing useful observations after the campaign. The role includes ongoing feedback so you can strengthen communication, presentation and customer relationship skills over time.

Candidate profile

We welcome applicants who are curious about marketing and want to develop practical skills through hands-on experience. The ability to listen, adapt and remain professional is more important than previous industry experience.

Role focus

- Support brand awareness and customer interest activities

- Maintain presentation standards during events and roadshows
