and implement QA strategies covering manual testing, automation, test coverage, and release quality.*Establis

h and improve QA processes, standards, metrics, and quality practices.*Work clo

sely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and leadership to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.*Monitor

test coverage, defects, risks, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.*Own rele

ase readiness and confidently make and defend GO / NO-GO quality decisions.* Identif

y quality risks early and ensure effective resolution before releases.*Build an

d maintain a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What We’r

to make data-driven GO / NO-GO decisions and communicate quality risks effectively.* Must be

available to work US Pacific (PST) hours.* Previou

s experience in a QA leadership or management role is required.
