Business Operations Executive

Salary: From S$3,200 - S$4,200 (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations across the Group’s businesses, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments, teams and outlets.
* Work closely with Management to ensure projects, tasks and business priorities are completed on time.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, staff, suppliers, contractors, landlords, tenants and external business partners to ensure smooth business operations.
* Assist in implementing, monitoring and improving company SOPs and operational processes.
* Identify operational issues, recommend practical solutions and drive continuous improvements.
* Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers and assist with purchasing and procurement when required.
* Monitor inventory, office supplies and operational resources.
* Prepare reports, monitor operational performance and provide regular updates to Management.
* Support new business projects, outlet openings, renovations and company expansion.
* Ensure follow-up actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant experience in operations, administration, project coordination or business support is preferred.
* Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Responsible, detail-oriented and committed to delivering results.
* A positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
