Job Description:

•Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support on machining applications, tooling selection, and process parameters.

•Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

•Conduct machine trials, cutting tests, time studies, and performance evaluations.

•Support installation, commissioning, and training of CNC machines and machining solutions at customer sites.

•Analyze machining processes and suggest improvements for productivity, cycle time reduction, and quality enhancement.

•Prepare technical documentation including process sheets, tooling layouts, and project reports.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of machining trends, cutting tools, and industry technologies.

•Provide customer training and develop application manuals or standard operating procedures.

•Assist in R&D or pilot projects involving machining-related technologies.

•Work closely with vendors and partners to source the right tooling and machining solutions.

Experience required:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

•2–3 years of experience in CNC machining, application engineering, or a similar role.

•Familiarity with CAM software (Mastercam)

•Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.

•Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.
