Job Summary

You will supervise a work shift by managing direct reports, providing clear task instructions, measuring key performance indicators, and maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure effective team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of a designated work shift to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide and demonstrate clear task instructions to direct reports to enhance productivity and quality
• Measure and analyze key performance indicators to monitor team effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities and produce detailed reports for management review
